The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Meo Nails Studio. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered through it, collectively referred to as the “Services.”

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer our products and Services to you.

These Terms of Service, together with the other policies published on our website, describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using the Services.

Please read these Terms carefully. By visiting, accessing, interacting with, or purchasing through the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and the other policies published on our website, including our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. These policies are available through the policy section or footer of our website.

If you do not agree with these Terms or our published policies, please do not access or use the Services.

Section 1 — Eligibility, Access, and Accounts

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you are using the Services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

To browse the store, create an account, or place an order, you may be required to provide certain information, including your name, email address, billing information, payment information, and shipping address.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to provide and use that information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or license your account to another person.

Section 2 — Products and Handmade Variations

We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately. However, product colors, finishes, reflective effects, and overall appearance may vary depending on lighting, photography, screen settings, and the device used to access our website.

Many of our press-on nail sets are handmade or hand-finished. Slight variations in hand-painted details, glitter placement, crystal placement, foil, color blending, sculpted decorations, patterns, and finish are normal characteristics of handmade products and are not considered defects.

Cat-eye, chrome, holographic, aurora, metallic, glitter, and reflective finishes may appear different depending on lighting conditions and viewing angles.

Product measurements, nail lengths, shapes, and decorative placements are approximate unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for reviewing the sizing guide and selecting or submitting the correct size.

We reserve the right to change product descriptions, specifications, pricing, availability, and quantities at any time without prior notice.

We may discontinue any product or limit the sale of our products to any person, household, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 — Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase products from Meo Nails Studio.

An order is not considered accepted until we confirm the order and successfully process payment. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, pricing errors, inventory errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or suspected unauthorized resale.

If we change, decline, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the email address, billing information, shipping information, or telephone number provided at checkout.

Please carefully review your design, quantity, size, shipping address, and all other order information before submitting your order.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase. Cancellation is not guaranteed once order preparation or production has begun. Custom, personalized, and handmade-to-order products cannot be canceled after production has started.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by the Return & Refund Policy published on our website.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products purchased through the Services are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorized commercial resale or export.

Section 4 — Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged for a product will be the price displayed when the order is submitted and confirmed, subject to the correction of obvious errors.

Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices do not include applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, handling fees, or other charges imposed by governmental, customs, or delivery authorities.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or jurisdiction.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, payment, contact, and account information.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and agree to pay all charges associated with your order, including product prices, shipping charges, taxes, and other applicable fees.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or billing errors and cancel or refund an affected order when reasonably necessary.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Order-processing and estimated delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and are not guaranteed.

Handmade-to-order and custom products may require additional production time. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, severe weather, service interruptions, holiday volume, incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers, or other events outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned, delayed, or misdelivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer, additional shipping or replacement charges may apply.

If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us at meonailsstudio@gmail.com so we can review the situation and assist where reasonably possible.

Section 6 — Product Use and Safety

Our press-on nails, nail adhesives, adhesive tabs, application tools, accessories, charms, crystals, and decorative components must be used according to the instructions provided with the product or displayed on the product packaging.

Please read and follow all instructions and warnings printed on nail adhesive packaging before use.

Keep nail adhesives, press-on nails, small decorative pieces, charms, crystals, and application tools out of reach of children and pets.

Do not use nail adhesive or press-on nails on damaged, irritated, infected, inflamed, or unusually sensitive skin or nails.

Discontinue use immediately if irritation, pain, swelling, redness, discomfort, or an allergic reaction occurs. Seek appropriate medical attention when necessary.

You are responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your personal use. Product information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice.

Section 7 — Intellectual Property

The Services and their contents, including product names, original nail designs, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, text, videos, audio, product descriptions, page layouts, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Meo Nails Studio and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services only for personal and non-commercial purposes.

Without our prior written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, sell, resell, license, commercially exploit, download, store, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the Services.

Unauthorized use of our content or intellectual property may violate applicable federal, state, and international laws.

We may provide access to tools, applications, payment services, social media features, analytics services, or other services operated by third parties.

We do not control all third-party tools and provide access to them on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Your use of third-party tools, applications, and websites is at your own discretion and may be governed by separate terms, policies, and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, services, content, resources, or transactions.

Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products or services should be directed to the applicable third party.

Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify

Meo Nails Studio is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce technology used to operate our store.

All sales and purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and Meo Nails Studio.

Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for product quality, order preparation, fulfillment, shipping, injury, loss, damage, returns, refunds, or other matters arising from transactions between you and Meo Nails Studio.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising directly from products purchased from Meo Nails Studio.

Section 10 — Privacy

Personal information collected through the Services is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on our website.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, information relating to your browsing activity, account, checkout, payment, shipping, and orders may be processed by Shopify and other service providers that assist us in operating our business.

If an order is canceled because of an error made by us, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled product or order.
